Q. I can't install the CargoData Software. I receive a security error. Something about the users group that isn't a priviledged user in order to have access to our domain controller. I even tried to install the software with our domain administrator user and it still doesn't work. It's a windows XP environment.

This appears to be a system setup problem.
Please do the following:
1. Open Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management
2. Go to "Local Users and Groups" -> Groups
3. Check if there is a group named "Users". If it is not there:
4. Right click on the Groups folder and select New Group
5. Enter group name "Users" and click "Create" button.
6. Add user account that you are using to install software into "Users" group
7. Re-try to install the program.
